Our spa is open:
Mon–Thu from 10:00 to 22:00.
Fri from 10:00 to 24:00
Sat from 10:00 to 17:00, from 17:00 to 24:00 mainly for hotel guests.
Sun from 10:00 to 22:00.
Time limit in the spa is 2 hours.
Children under the age of 15 are allowed in the spa only when accompanied by an adult. In the evening our spa is reserved for adults' relaxation and well-being. After 18:00 the age limit for the spa is 18 years.

Maintenance Week Autumn 2026
Koli Relax Spa maintenance week: Mon 2 – Fri 6 November, until 4:00 PM. The spa will reopen on Fri 6 November at 4:00 PM.

Family ticket to Koli Relax Spa is for two adults and two children (4–12 years) or one adult and three children between 10:00 and 16:00. The family ticket includes two Kylpykiulu spa buckets.
The spa rates include a Kylpykiulu spa bucket and a bath towel during your stay. Get the lowest prices and bonus with the S-Etukortti card.
With a student- or pensioner card, a single visit to Koli Relax Spa is 30 € per person (normally 40 € per person) from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 3 PM. The benefit is valid until 31.12.2026.
Payment options
Payment methods include Smartum, Tyky, EazyBreak and ePassi sport and culture vouchers as well as Edenred card.
